Delete your account

CollabReach is operated by Dgtrox Marketing Private Limited. If you no longer wish to use the CollabReach mobile app, you can request deletion of your account and the personal data we hold about you, subject to the terms below.

Who this applies to

This process is for creator accounts registered on the CollabReach app (Android / iOS). If you are a brand or business partner with a separate agreement, contact us at [email protected] for account closure.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account:

1. Open the CollabReach app and sign in with your registered mobile number.
2. Go to Profile → Settings (or Account).
3. Tap Delete account and confirm when prompted.
4. Your account will be scheduled for deletion. You may be signed out immediately.

If you do not see a delete option in your app version, use the email request method below.

Request deletion by email

Send an email from the address linked to your account (or clearly state your registered mobile number) to:

Subject line: Account deletion request - CollabReach

Include:

• Your full name
• Registered mobile number (with country code, e.g. +91)
• Instagram username on your CollabReach profile (if any)
• A brief statement that you want your account and personal data deleted

We may contact you once to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

What happens when your account is deleted

• Your profile, login access, and ability to apply for new campaigns will be removed.
• Personal identifiers such as name, email, phone number, Instagram handle, payout details (e.g. UPI), and profile photos will be deleted or anonymised where deletion is not technically possible.
• Active collabs must be completed or cancelled before deletion. If you have a collab in progress, finish or withdraw first, or we may delay deletion until the collab is closed.
• Pending wallet balance or unpaid earnings must be withdrawn before deletion. Accounts with unresolved payouts may be held until settlement.

Data we may retain

After deletion, we may retain certain information only where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Transaction, payout, and tax records (as required under Indian law)
• Records needed to resolve disputes, fraud investigations, or legal claims
• Anonymised or aggregated analytics that cannot identify you

Retained data is stored securely and is not used for marketing.

Processing time

In-app deletion requests are usually processed within 7 business days. Email requests are typically completed within 30 days of verified identity confirmation.
