These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to CollabReach's website and mobile application, operated by Dgtrox Marketing Private Limited. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law. Creators must complete verification before applying to campaigns.

Platform role

CollabReach is a marketplace connecting creators with brands and businesses. We are not a party to individual collab agreements except where we facilitate payments through our escrow system.

Creator obligations

• Deliver content as described in accepted campaign briefs
• Use proper disclosure tags (#ad, #collab, or equivalent) on sponsored posts
• Not engage in fraud, fake followers, or misrepresentation

Brand & business obligations

• Provide accurate campaign briefs and honour agreed rewards
• Fund campaigns through approved payment methods
• Approve or reject content fairly and within stated timelines

Payments & fees

Paid campaign funds may be held in escrow until content approval. Platform fees and payout timelines are disclosed at campaign creation. CollabReach charges zero agency commission to brands.

Content & intellectual property

Creators retain ownership of their content unless otherwise agreed in writing. Brands receive a licence to use delivered content as specified in the campaign brief.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or community guidelines. You may close your account by contacting support.

Limitation of liability

CollabReach is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
